Cards can be custom loaded and allow the recipient the flexibility and convenience of using the debit card to purchase a gift of their own choosing.
The card is a pre-paid Visa debit card loaded with at least $10 but not more than $1000; redeemable to buy goods and services in the United States where Visa debit cards are accepted.
